Considering it takes about eight years to work up through the ranks and become a director, we can say Tony's at least made it to First Assistant Director (or FAD lol) by then? And has pitched a few show ideas?

1AD! also, brain, stoppit, there's plenty to write and plot without starting to consider how Lee and Tony might get to work on different shows/gigs, and then, um, be reunited...
